Curtin University – Midland Campus

Following our successful planning and delivery of the $53m Curtin Medical School precint “Building 410”, Project Directors Australia’s Advisory Services were engaged to prepare Curtin University’s first Project Definition Plan (PDP) in preparation for the brand new Campus building in Midland.

As the front end of the planning process, PDA co-ordinated multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, including St John of God Healthcare, Midland Public Hospital, WA Police, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA), Cost consultants, and Lyons, who were engaged for the Functional brief and workshop planning.

PDA managed all consultants and built the platform for a successful planning and delivery phase.
