Murdoch University IIID Building

The Murdoch University Integrated Institutes for Impact on Disease (IIID)  is a state-of-the-art research building, comprising two floors covering 3600m2. Designed to optimise interactions and productivity of the various teams, the ground floor is allocated to clinical facilities including a pharmacy and phlebotomy facility, incorporating the latest in design and technology for laboratories, including PC2 and PC3 standards.

Fully fitted out on the two lower levels to accommodate the Centre for Clinical Immunology and Biomedical Statistics, a collaborative research and development centre linking the Departments of Clinical Immunology and Biochemical Genetics at Royal Perth Hospital and Mathematics and Statistics at Murdoch University and concentrating on research in the field of HIV medicine.

PDA fulfilled the roles of Project Manager and Superintendent for this $30M research facility.

This project was the recipient for both an AIB and MBA construction awards.
